Minecraft EULA Print

  • 48

In Minecraft update 1.7.10, Mojang now requires server owners to agree to their EULA (End-user License Agreement) before being able to start their server. If you have not agreed to the EULA, you will see the following message in your server’s console when attempting to start it:

[Server] Server thread/INFO You need to agree to the EULA in order to run the server. Go to eula.txt for more info.

To agree to the EULA you may simply use the config file editor in Multicraft.

  1. Log into the Multicraft control panel.
  2. Navigate to Files > Config Files > eula.txt

  3. Edit the eula.txt file and change “eula=false” to “eula=true”

  4. Save the changes and restart your server.

You may also log into your server via FTP and edit the eula.txt file manually.
