These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all services provided by TNAHosting LLC ("TNAHosting", "we", "us", or "our"). By ordering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
All services must be used for lawful purposes only. You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
You may not use TNAHosting services to host, transmit, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, or harmful. This includes, but is not limited to:

Sending unsolicited bulk email ("spam") is strictly prohibited. Customers are responsible for ensuring their services are properly secured and configured. Open mail relays are not permitted.
If spam or abuse is detected, services may be suspended immediately while the issue is investigated. Repeat or severe violations may result in termination without refund.
Any activity that degrades network performance, threatens system stability, or impacts other customers is prohibited. This includes excessive resource usage, crypto mining (unless explicitly permitted), and abuse-related workloads.
Customers are responsible for all activity conducted on their services.
Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. It is your responsibility to ensure valid payment information is on file. Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in service suspension or termination.
All fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated.
A 2-day money-back guarantee is offered on select shared and VPS services. Dedicated servers, custom services, and abuse-related terminations are not eligible for refunds.
TNAHosting offers a 99% monthly uptime target for applicable services. If uptime falls below this threshold, customers may request service credits for the affected period. Credits do not include scheduled maintenance or events beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their data. TNAHosting is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or restoration unless explicitly agreed in writing.
TNAHosting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the prior billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion for violations of these Terms. Where feasible, we will attempt to notify customers prior to action.
TNAHosting may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which TNAHosting operates.
